To the Students, Parents, and Staff at School #68 Westminster Charter School:

On September 6, 2016, New York State passed a law requiring public school districts to test

their water outlets, both faucets and fountains, for lead contamination and to implement a lead remediation plan where necessary.  A remediation plan is required when a water sample is determined to contain lead levels above the action level of 15 parts per billion (ppb).

The drinking water outlets at your school were tested for lead.

A total of 58 outlets (faucets and fountains) were tested and all results were below the action level at your school.

Please visit the Quick Links of our website at Buffaloschools.org, if you would like additional information

Thank you,

Sincerely,

Rob Ross
