  • WCCS is serious about your child's health. In order to protect your children, we have adopted the health protocols of the Buffalo Public Schools under the guidance of Medical Director, Dr. Steven J. Lana. For more information from the BPS website click here.

  • WCCS donated $1,700 to the Roswell Cancer Institute during the Holiday Celebration.

Many congrats go to our Principal, Dr. Ragan who has been awarded this year the "Outstanding Educator's Award" from the National Federation for Just Communities of WNY, Inc. She also achieved the "Educator of the Year Award" from the Minister's Wives and Widows Auxiliary to the Great Lakes Baptist District Association last year. In addition to this, she has been selected by Leadership Buffalo to receive the "Fourth Annual Leadership Buffalo Values Award".  We cannot think of a more deserving person in Buffalo!

Congratulations to Westminster Community Charter School for being recognized as one of New York State's 271 Title I middle and high schools that have met the criteria for designation as "high performing/gap closing."

Congratulations to WCCS! The Buffalo Board of Education and the Regents of the New York State Board of Education have approved our School Charter for five additional years!

Congratulations to Dr. Ragan for her achievement of the "Award of Recognition" from Superintendent James A. Williams and the Board of Education members  for her years of dedication to the Annual Black History Month Conference.
